Description

Amylo-X is a protectant biofungicide used for powdery mildew control as well as the control of a range of other diseases.

Amylo-X is based on naturally occurring bacteria which have no negative impact on the treated plants but will out compete other pathogens for space, the bacteria also produces fungicidal chemicals which will control attacking fungal spores.

Amylo-X can be applied to a wide range of different plant species including ornamental and edible crops.

No harvest interval making it ideal for use on edible crops.
Its unique mode of action will help to protect against fungicide resistance and makes it a crucial product in many IPM strategies.
A maximum of six applications per season provides extended cover for high-risk periods.

A water dispersible granule (WG) containing 250 g/kg (5 x 1013 CFU/kg) Bacillus amyloliquefaciens subsp. plantarum strain D747 for the control of powdery mildew and other fungal plant diseases on a range of crops grown under permanent protection with full enclosure.

Amylo-X is applied as a foliar spray using air assisted or hydraulic pressure sprayer. Apply up to 2.5kg/ha, diluted in 200 to 1500 litres of water/ha, depending on the crop and its development stage.

Diseases controlled: Sclerotinia spp.and Botrytis cinerea
Timing: apply at the beginning or prior to infection or from 4 true leaf stage to lettuce hearts have reached typical size.

Strawberries, Blackberry, Loganberry and Rubus hybrid, Raspberry, Blueberry, Gooseberry, Blackcurrant and Redcurrant
